Refund Policy
1. Monthly service subscriptions
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; partial months are not refunded.
2. One-time digital products
Templates, downloads and one-off deliverables are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
3. Courses
Courses include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase, provided less than 40% of lessons have been completed.
4. Marketplace purchases
Third-party marketplace items are governed by the individual seller's refund terms, which are displayed on each listing.
5. Duplicate or fraudulent charges
Contact support@gocleanapp.org within 30 days and we'll investigate and refund verified issues.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@gocleanapp.org with your order ID and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
