1. Acceptance of terms
By using GoClean APP you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Services
GoClean APP provides marketing services, digital products, a third-party marketplace, educational content and AI-powered tools. Availability and features may change without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments & refunds
Recurring services renew monthly unless canceled. One-time digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Courses include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
5. Marketplace sellers
Third-party sellers are independent. GoClean facilitates transactions but is not the seller of record for third-party items.
6. Acceptable use
No illegal, deceptive, hateful, or infringing use. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
7. Limitation of liability
GoClean's total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
